The DPF regenerator is a complete multi-functional diesel cleaner that cleans the entire fuel system. Restores disturbed DPF, EGR & Turbo operation.

• Especially effective after the combustion process.
• Contains MécaTech TC3 Diesel Clean Ultra (article no. MT013), and thus all the properties of this product.
• Reduces soot load of DPF, EGR & turbo.
• Restores disturbed operation of the DPF and/or variable turbo adjustment due to soot deposits.
• Burns soot at a lower temperature.
• Improves combustion by using a cetane improver.

Instructions for use:

• Add 1 dose of MécaTech DPF Regenerator EGR & Turbo Cleaner of 500ml to the fuel tank.
• If there are no or only sporadic complaints, use on a full tank (40 to 70 liters).
• If malfunctions or complaints are noticeable, use 1 dose on half a tank, and perform a forced regeneration via test equipment. Pay attention to the regulations! (Always check the oil level first for fuel dilution!)
• Subsequently, take an extensive test drive, with varying RPM and load.
• If the DPF malfunction is not resolved or returns within a foreseeable period, we can assume that the DPF is full of ash particles. In the event of an excessive ash load, the DPF will have to be removed. Then use the MécaTech DPF ToolKit (article no. MT425) (see product description on page 20/21).

IMPORTANT!

Especially if there are complaints caused by a malfunctioning turbo adjustment, it is important to load the engine multiple times from low RPM.
