Silicone Seal Black is a high-quality 1-component sealant that vulcanizes into a silicone rubber at room temperature.

• Silicone Seal Black remains elastic with high adhesion and is therefore resistant to weathering, humidity, and dynamic loads such as shocks and vibrations.
• Silicone Seal Black replaces conventional solid seals and can be used universally.
• Silicone Seal Black has a very high temperature resistance from -50°C to 260°C.
• 200ml.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Read out the fault codes and check if there are any related to the variable geometry turbocharger (VGT).
2. Clean the sealing surfaces with COBRA Clean Cleaner Spray.
3. Apply a thin layer of Silicone Seal Black to one or both sides.
4. Then assemble the parts together.
5. Silicone Seal Black is fully vulcanized and loadable after 24 hours.
6. Store in a well-sealed original package in a cool and dry place between +5 and 25 degrees.
