Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Returns
It can sometimes happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you don't like the product after all, or maybe there is another reason why you wouldn't want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately €7.75 per package; please consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@dutchtechnicalsolutions.nl. We will then refund the owed order amount within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this depreciation of the product. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged when returned.
Exchange a product?
Do you want to exchange your product? That's no problem at all. You can contact info@dutchtechnicalsolutions.nl for this. However, you will bear the costs for returning the product yourself.”

Did you accidentally provide an incorrect delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
